While on a sewing break, I noticed I hadn't seen Mollie for 1/2 an hour.
I looked out her bedroom window and this is what I found...
Mollie on her very own swing. A bit of rope, a stick (to sit on), a fav toy and the lychee tree branch.
A perfect spot for a swing...
And sometimes it needs a little adjustment...
I love the resourcefulness and sense of adventure in children. The way in which they can just lose all sense of time and enjoy their own company, it's wonderful!

ReplyDeleteI have DEFINITELY had my fill of surburbia, and am looking forward to going a bit bush once this lease is up!! what was i thinking to want to live with neighbours in hearing distance!!! ;D lol
